“Historically, students around the country didn’t have to think about potentially being pulled out of class to be questioned and possibly detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents. But that changed a little more than a year ago, with President Donald Trump rescinding a 2011 policy preventing these activities from taking place at sensitive locations.
