Primaries are August 18th!
Primary elections — including non-partisan school board primaries — are Tuesday August 18th. School board seats could actually be decided in this election if any candidates get 51% of the vote. In District 1, only two candidates are running, so it will be decided by this vote.
Because of this, and the low turnout in primary elections, your vote is so important. Make sure you have a voting plan, to have a say in your public schools.
